Lead Finance Business Partner

A Lead Finance Business Partner is needed to support the Head of Service and budget holders by providing sound financial expertise within a West London Council. You need to have knowledge and experience of the financial aspects of Environmental Services, waste management, Cultural Services, Planning and Highways. Oracle experience is also a must.

You will be a fully qualified Accountant (CIPFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant experience as a finance professional in a large and complex public sector organisation where you can demonstrate that you have managed significant budgets within tight financial limits, implemented cross-cutting changes and participated in change management programmes and complex projects. Your comprehensive understanding of financial frameworks for local government will mean that you have devised successful financial strategies in an operational finance setting.

You will be managing another team member and will need to have direct management experience of leading a small team in areas of service finance.
