with becoming and integral part of a development tea. Tracking and reporting progress, - Resolving customer issues and giving direction to internal engineering teams are only a
few of the many responsibilities of this position. - Attend program and customer meetings, determining actions to be taken in order to meet
customer requirements for technical performance
- Experience in seat engineering development
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams is a plus
- Experience in interior systems and standards is preferred
- Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes for applicable components and systems is a plus
- Knowledge of metal component design requirements is a plus
