A leading Space & Satellite manufacturer are seeking an electrical AIT Test Lead Engineer. The chosen Candidate will have worked in a Team Lead capacity previously

This is the chance to work for one of the largest, best known and most forward thinking Space & Satellite companies in Europe. The client operate under an English speaking environment. All candidates must be fluent in English. Dutch is not essential. The initial contract is 12 months with renewals expected and there are two positions available on two separate teams. I like those odds! Overtime will be available and candidates can expect the opportunity to work at double time on weekends should they choose to do so.

Your Tasks:

* Definition of the tests to be performed in the frame of the verification process in agreement with engineering and the verification manager

* Time- and resource planning of the tests to be performed

* Inclusion of the electrical test activities of the full AIT process in agreement with the AIT manager

* Presentation of the test concepts towards the customer, focal point of contact for the customer regarding electrical testing

As the technical coordinator for the project group of test engineers you are responsible for:

* Execution of electrical tests on platform and satellite level: interface tests, functional tests, performance tests AOCS, Power, TT&R, On-board Data Handling (OBDH) as well as support for payload testing

* Documentation of tests, preparation of test reports

* Test preparation of hardware (configuration of item under test)

* Preparation of test procedures
