Lead Design Engineer - West Yorkshire - £37,000 to £50,000 - Permanent A major manufacturer of niche hydraulic products is seeking a Lead Design Engineer for their West Yorkshire site. You will be joining a fantastic team and taking ownership for designing of both new and existing products manufacturing, testing and commercial activities. Therefore full cycle design experience would be advantageous for this role. You will be responsible for a team of engineers, supporting product or process design, development or research activities to accomplish new product introduction objectives. As a result of significant business growth, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive the strategic development of the business with respect to product management and development. This client are known for their high quality standards and therefore want a Lead Design Engineer who can deliver world class engineering products.
