Lead Data Architect

Lead Data Architect for an international organization based in VIENNA, AUSTRIA 8 month contract (extension for 1 additional year is possible), competitive compensation, starting ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver Enterprise Data Models, Data Warehouse designs, ETL processes, and Data System Enhancements in accordance with existing standards and guidelines or industry standards
- Resolve routine Data Architecture related issues with business analysts and technology teams
- Provide advice on and implement a data warehouse including outputs such as analytical reports, ad-hoc reporting and dashboards using MS SharePoint
- Analyze existing database schema DDL/instance layout and determine impacts migrating to new target schema/instance environment

DESIRED PROFILE: 

- 7+ years experience with data, Enterprise Data Model, Enterprise Data Governance
- Knowledge of .Net, MSSQL, Mainframe migration
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies and standards in the marketplace
- Excellent team work in an international environment
- Available to work full time on site in Vienna, Austria
- Excellent English language knowledge
