My client, a world leading multi-disciplined Oil and Gas consultancy is looking for a experienced Lead Cost Estimator to join their team. Primarily this role will be performing and managing the delivery of Front End conceptual level cost estimates utilising in-house estimating tools. The Lead Cost Estimator will also develop and maintain cost estimating procedures and systems in conjunction with the London estimating team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare conceptual level estimates for onshore, offshore and subsea facilitates, both Brownfield and Greenfield, utilising in-house estimating tools.
*Request and obtain accurate input information for estimates
*Interrogate information received to ensure accurate estimate build up
*Maintain and develop local cost estimating procedures and systems in line with corporate guidelines
*Develop and maintain in-house cost estimating tools.

Candidates experience required:
*Proven track record in conceptual level cost estimating with a minimum of 10 years Oil and Gas industry experience
*Good working knowledge of cost estimating principles, systems, techniques and industry standards
*Knowledge of stage gate project delivery process and build up of applicable phase estimates
*Demonstrate experience gained in Brownfield and Greenfield onshore and offshore projects
*Degree qualified preferred
