LEAD CONTRACT UI .NET DEVELOPER REQUIRED FOR ENTERPRISE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
This organisation is a global player in consulting and services with large operations in Dublin. Joining an IT team of over 120 in Dublin, you will lead a team of 5+ developers and deliver business critical projects as a Lead UI .NET Developer.
Working in an Agile environment, you will work closely with key stakeholders in IT, Architecture & Design to deliver the highest quality UI functionality for this company's global web application.
YOUR ROLE:
- You will be involved in the interface design of enterprise level web based applications using (Angular) Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML. (70% of your development) and 30% of your time will be spent on Back End C# development in an ASP.NET MVC environment.
- You will manage your teams delivery, review code, monitor delivery and act as a mentor/lead on the team.
- You will ensure your teams full compliance with test and architectural standards
- Work closely with project managers to continually improve standards and processes within the department and projects at hand.
YOUR SKILLS:
- You will have at least 5 years' experience in development using C# .NET
- You will have 4-5 years developing UI web based applications using (Angular) Javascript, AJAX, UML, XML
- You will have at least 3-4 years' experience developing enterprise level web applications for clients.
- You will have at least 1-2 years mentoring a team of at least 3 developers.
- You will have worked with MVC (3) for at least 18 month-2 years.
- You will have an outstanding record of delivery on projects and be passionate about setting standards in development.
You will be looking for a challenging long term day rate contract with excellent opportunity for extension. You will have outstanding communication and mentoring/team leadership skills and be looking for a technology driven, fun working environment.
You will work with the latest technologies/platforms/patterns: ASP.NET MVC (5), .NET 4.0, WCF, Rest/SOAP, nHibernate, SQL Server, Angular/Knockout Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML.
This role starts out as a 6 month contract with extensions thereafter.
