Lead Business Systems Analyst - Lead BSA

Our direct Fortune 500 client in near Colorado Springs, CO is looking for 3 Lead Business Systems Analysts for 1 year contracts. They are highly likely to convert to permanent positions near the end of the contract.

The ideal candidate will be able to do the following:
- Be able to take high level business ideas and decompose scope into high level requirements.
- Help estimate the work, and evaluate impacts to business processes and application design/interfaces.
- Be primarily responsible for writing requirements to keep developers busy. They will answer questions about the requirements for both developers and testers.
- The candidate should be comfortable with various formats to produce requirements including Story Cards.

Required:

- At least 6 years of Requirements Gathering
- At least 6 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Must be comfortable in both Agile and Waterfall environments
