Lead Business Intelligence Developer

As the lead Business Intelligence Developer, an individual will play a hands on role in coordinating and executing projects and assignments across the BI team. The BI team consists of business analysts, Business Object Developers, Teradata/SQL Server DBA's and informatica ETL Developers. Due to the team's interaction with the company's globally dispersed teams, an individual must be familiar with handling on and off shore projects.

The following bullets outline skills and experience necessary for the role:

* Extensive experience working with BI tools.
* A financial services/banking background.
* Strong front office business skills.
* Very strong SQL skills in at least one technology area i.e Business Objects or Informatica or Teradata or any other database like Oracle, UDB. Teradata skills are preferred.
* Excellent understanding of the Data warehouse life cycle right from data source to ETL to transformations to multidimensional models like data marts, star schema.
* Experience working with industry standard risk frameworks and solutions.
* An understanding of .NET development.
