Lead Business Design Analyst

Our client is a leading retail bank based in the East Midlands looking for an experience Lead Business Design Analyst to provide specialist, objective and analytical insight on all business design and analysis related activity on a change project. The Business Design Analyst will lead/contribute (as appropriate) to Project, Programme and Cluster level Design Authorities.

The Business Design Analyst will be required to engage with business-side clients early in this change project in order to:

- Produce clear sets of business requirements to inform work in the project Design phase
- Develop and explore innovative options to address business requirements
- Support business case development in support of designs
- Oversee the delivery of pragmatic business and operational design solutions which maximise benefits while achieving the desired business outcomes
- Assess and design new business change processes, systems, products and services on a change project
- Ensure all governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements are considered during development of requirements and designs
- Develop and implement new business change processes, systems, products and services on a change project
- Review the to-be business process design to understand organisation/role impacts and create role descriptions for business process role

All candidates who apply MUST HAVE:

- Extensive experience working within Business Design within a Lead Business Analyst function
- Strong understanding of change processes, systems, products and services within a Retail Banking environment (Banking experience is essential)
- Experience of end-to-end process design, including TOM, As-Is & To-Be processes
- Exceptional Stakeholder and Client engagement
- Experience of creating and delivering business and operational design solutions.
