Lead Business Analyst - Retail Banking - Halifax

I am looking for a Lead Business Analyst to work in Halifax with Retail Banking experience.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE ARE:

Analysis Skills:

Scoping/project initiation techniques (eg Hourglass)

Stakeholder analysis/modelling

Business Process Modelling

Requirements gathering and management, UML techniques (incl. Use Case (critical), Sequence Diagrams, State Diagrams)

Datamodelling/analysis

UI Design, familiarity with workflow tools (eg PEGA) would be beneficial

Impact Assessment of CRs

Knowledge transfer to downstream teams such as business testers

Ability to operate within appropriate governance

Ability to assist with other key documentation such as procedures and training material

ARIAD control

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The role demands that the applicants possess a strong toolkit of analytical techniques that have been practically applied over an extended period of time.

The successful applicants will be able to exhibit their experience at understanding and re-engineering complex processes; primarily via the development of IT systems and will have experience of performing in a Senior capacity across requirements and design activity.
