Lead Business Analyst - IB Loan Markets - Institutional Lending

Our client is a leading global financial markets institution with offices in multiple global locations. They have a reputation for innovative use of cutting edge technologies. Due to new developments, in technology and changes in regulatory and compliance, our client seeks a seasoned business analyst to scope and execute a large future-proof transformation project.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This role will suit a senior Business analyst from a Global Markets background with strong experience and understanding in Inter-Bank lending, Structured Finance Products and Loan Markets. The successful candidate will be capable of performing a highly autonomous role- to scope the current state, and needed changes, to a sensitive and demanding business. During this two-year, six-stage process, the candidate will define a current and interim state, begin business change, outline technology changes and implications, and oversee the eventual migration and implementation of processes and systems.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

- 7+ years as a BA in Global Markets or Investment Banking
- Excellent Understanding of Inter-Bank Lending, Structured Finance Products and Loan Markets
- Full understanding of end to end delivery and SDLC
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement Experience
- Extensive Business Analysis Skills
- Requirements elicitation, specifications design, UML, BPMN, UAT
- Bachelor Degree Business (relevant Major), Business Sys/Computer Science, Economics
- ARIS exposure (Desirable)
