SENIOR LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST

Our client, a leading UK Bank, is looking for a (SENIOR LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST). The role can be based in a variety of locations including; Edinburgh, Leeds, Hove and Newportand. T
he purpose of the role is to build and deliver customer focussed analytics and reporting give a more informed overview of the customer journey so that they can deliver on their business objective to be the best Bank for customers.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- MUST have SAS and SQL coding and documentation experience (please do not apply if this is not applicable to you)
- Data Capture tool builds,
- Service Excellence redesign
- Excellent Analytical capability
- Proven ability to influence others
- Must have an innovative approach to problem solving

DESIRABLE:

- Experience of working within a financial services organisation
