Lead Bi Developer

My Client a leading financial company based in Central London are looking for a Senior BI Developer to work as a team lead of a Data warehouse project, implementing a new Data Warehouse

You will be required to:
To develop the Business Intelligence service
This role will be providing analysis
To assist the development team in projects by providing database design
Responsibilities:
Provide in-house expertise for the development of the Business Intelligence service
Manage, deliver and support allocated projects and activities to develop BI capability
Design and Development of SSIS/SSAS OLAP/SSRS reports/Data Warehouses
Designing and Developing the data transfer processes
Provide BI expertise to support projects and initiatives
Responsible for the Analysis, Design and Coding of highly complex management information reports and dashboards using standard methodologies and techniques
Data Validation and Analysis
Database schema design
To be aware of business continuity processes via Line Manager.

Skills & Experience:
SQL 2008 & 2012 server skills
SSAS - experience of building and deploying OLAP Cubes and MDX to query
Tabular models and DAX
SSIS - experience of creating, designing and maintaining ETL packages
Advanced TSQL Scripting including stored procedures
SSRS - experience of designing and deploying SSRS Reports using BIDS
Excel pivot/Power pivot
AGILE development including Scrum (desirable)
Cross knowledge transfer to other team members
Data warehouse/Database design and development within a hybrid IT solutions environment of both internally and externally hosted applications
Demonstrable knowledge of a multi-dimensional analytic tool and an ETL tool
