Lead Architect

- Initial 3 month contract (but strong view to extend for the right candidate).
- Work for a large reputable Government organisation.
- Sydney CBD based.

Our client is seeking a LEAD ARCHITECT with experience in translating complex client business problems into clear and concise solutions to work within a major core infrastructure implementation that addresses key areas such as: Data networks, direct services, end user computing and data centres.

The position has not got direct reporting staff however you will be liaising with senior executives and internal + external stakeholders.

Your background:

- A thorough understanding of architectural design principles, business processes, applications and ICT solutions.
- Proven expertise in Solution Architecture within complex, large scale and federated projects.
- Expert knowledge of some of the following technologies: Active Directory and Directory Synchronisation, SOE, Virtualisation, Cloud, Application integration and Management tools.
- A strong technical background with excellent knowledge infrastructure environments, SOE, AD/Sync, IdM, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, configuration design and implementation, LAN/WAN, storage, Cloud, vvirtualisation, Application remediation and integration (desktop, virtualisation, web, server).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and high level analytical and problem solving skills.
