LCV Sales & Marketing Specialist Consultant (f/m)

We are currently looking for an LCV Sales & Marketing Specialist Consultant.

Your tasks:
+ Work with NMSC LCV specialists to track implementation status
+ Coach NMSCs and retailers in best practice (LCV new and used sales / conversions and accessories)
+ Monitor compliance with Sales and Marketing guidelines
+ Highlight strengths, weaknesses and opportunities observed in each market to LCV BU
+ Identify areas of competitive advantage for own brand and other LCV manufacturers
+ Recommend policy changes to improve sales performance and profitability
+ Support LCV BU in performance analysis and discussions with NMSC management.

Skill profile:
+ Experience of at least 10 years in commercial sales and marketing roles in LCV business, field sales experience highly desirable
+ Training / coaching experience
+ Knowledge of European commercial vehicle market, including differences in National conditions
+ Ability to work independently and to form conclusions based upon observations and questioning skills
+ Able to collate and simplify complex information for wide groups of varied understanding.
+ Organised, methodical and able to work to deadlines
+ Credible with leadership teams in both retailer and NMSC environment
+ Ability to build rapport / manage relationships while providing the frank feedback necessary to stimulate coaching / training activity
+ Ability to identify training needs and deliver one to one coaching support
