Lawyer for KYC/AML QA and file Reviews

OUR CLIENT REQUIRES A QUALIFIED LAWYER (SOLICITOR OR BARRISTER) WITH FINANCIAL SECTOR COMPLIANCE/FINANCIAL CRIME EXPERIENCE TO UNDERTAKE KYC/AML QUALITY ASSURANCE WORK/FILE REVIEWS.

This professional role will involve reviewing customer files, on-boarding processes, systems, ongoing updates and controls for KYC/AML compliance quality to collect and collate data on the extent to which group policies are being followed and maintained. Where exceptions are found, these will be documented thoroughly.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Strong intellect and analytical abilities and be a graduate
- Significant financial sector experience in compliance and/or financial crime (preferably with a global bank)
- Strong knowledge and practical experience working with AML/KYC/CDD processes and systems
- A legal qualification and is likely to have worked for a large professional services firm
- Concise, accurate written and oral communication skills
