Laboratory Technician Grade 1, Chemistry, Bio-Chem, Milton Park (OX13)

Laboratory Technician Grade 1 based on Milton Park (OX13) - required preparing and blending formulations following predefined systems and procedures, scheduling analyticals and bench tests in order to evaluate performance and report data/observations in line with deadlines and priorities.

You will also dispatch samples to customers and carry out activities in a way that meets technical and quality standards with minimal supervision.

PERSON SPEC - LABORATORY TECHNICIAN GRADE 1, CHEMISTRY, BIO-CHEM

- Degree educated (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline
- Have some experience of laboratory work
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to operate consistently with high levels of concentration
- Utilise their multi-tasking skills to seamlessly jump from one process to another
- Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office particularly MS Excel
