IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Conduct a variety of tasks in a biology or chemistry laboratory
-Provide basic data analysis and provide assistance in design of the next experiment
-Document own experiment (including tables, graphs etc.)
-Carry out duties with appropriate knowledge of relevant laboratory tools and procedures
-Operate and carry out routine maintenance on instruments
-Conduct activities according to the appropriate SOP, GLP, GMP and other guidelines
-Assist in the preparation of SOPs for department
-Identify and report unsafe equipment, conditions and practices
-Complete training as required and use laboratory and personal protective equipment as required
-Document research, experiments and results in lab notebook and as appropriate
-Provide assistance in design of next experiment and conduct experiments according to regular input from supervisor

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Apprenticeship as lab technician (or BS or equivalent) in a scientific discipline such as biology, chemistry, or pharmacology
-Profound experience in the lab
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Good organisational and good communication skills are essential
-Good understanding of English (oral and written) is essential
