Lab Technician Job

LAB TECHNICIAN needed for a three (3) Month Contract Opportunity with Yoh's client located in Ankeny, IA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Lab Tech Background - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2nd SHIFT. 3pm to 2am M- Th

What You'll Be Doing:
- Performs laboratory technical tasks.
- Responsible for the care and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Will be required to offer assistance in the operation of the equipment and the gathering of data.
- Assists with receipt and inspection of raw materials, ordering and stocking.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

What You Need To Bring To The Table:
- Requires an Associate's Degree or its equivalent.
- Two to five (2 - 5) years of related experience.

BONUS POINTS:
- Has worked with DNA Extraction before.
