Lab Technician/Analytical Chemist

LAB TECHNICIAN/ANALYTICAL CHEMIST - AKRON AREA, OHIO - JOB #4904

SALARY RANGE: $14 - $18 + per hr. Permanent Position with Benefits.

An Akron, Ohio laboratory is seeking an experienced Lab Technician/Chemist with past experience using GC (gas chromatography) & ICP (Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy).

REQUIREMENTS

- Associates or Bachelor degree in analytical chemistry
- 2+ years' work experience in the lab
- GC (gas chromatography) & ICP (Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy).
- The job will require lab testing for environmental services in the analysis of wastewater, water, ground water, sludge, wastes, hazardous wastes, petroleum, fuel oil and recycled oil.

CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND A 10 PANEL DRUG SCREEN.
