L2 Support Trading Applications with profound IT knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years' working experience in the IT-sector, preferably within a financial department
- Proven track record of high performance in a service orientated environment
- Expertise in working with Unix, SQL querying, Oracle and Windows Server
- Portfolio Advisory and Monitoring domain knowledge is advantageous
- Demonstrated technical skills with a drive to work in a service orientated support function
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Providing day-to-day 1st and 2nd Level business and technical support on a wide variety of software applications
- Managing communication with key stakeholders and acting as a single point of contact for IT issues
- Conducting incidents through to resolution including investigating complex problems
- Driving improvements across software applications including monitoring and automation
- Tracking work using CS tools for incidents and changes as well as contributing to the problem management process as required
