One of our market leading clients is urgently seeking an Dutch speaking Level 2/3 Desktop Support Consultant to join their multinational team in a dynamic environment, using cutting-edge technologies for an exciting, well-paying and stable contract in Amsterdam.
The ideal L2/L3 Desktop Support Consultant will have the following skills/experience:
- Laptop/Desktop - new installation and configuration
- Laptop/Desktop - user problem handling
- Windows XP/8 troubleshooting/ticket handling
- OS patch installation and troubleshooting
- MS Lync 2010/2013 installation and troubleshooting for users
- Google hang-out and Google suits knowledge and support
- Fluent in English and Dutch
