L1 Support Consultant (ITIL) (French or Dutch)
I am currently looking for a L1 Support Consultant (ITIL) (French or Dutch) with good understanding of Banking domain for a long term contract based in Brussels.
THE L1 SUPPORT CONSULTANT (ITIL) (FRENCH OR DUTCH) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Responsible for handling customer queries and act as bridge between business and IT
- Responsible for overall Business Communication during any incident/planned intervention
- Responsible for answering technical & functional issues and queries raised by the clients
- Investigate the issue, propose a solution and ensure client satisfaction for the proposed solution
- Escalate issues to L2 team which could not be solved at your end due to technical constraint or issues in application
- Create, document and close tickets using ServiceNow
THE L1 SUPPORT CONSULTANT (ITIL) (FRENCH OR DUTCH) WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
- Proficiency in Dutch or French and English speaking languages, both verbal & written
- L1 support experience
- ITIL Experience
- Strong understanding of standard ITIL framework and its application in IT landscape(ITIL Certification would be a plus)
- Excellent hands on experience in day to day operations of Production Support environment (Application Operations/Application Management)
