L&D Management Development Consultant, Frankfurt

L&D Management Consultant (DACH & Benelux Regions), Frankfurt My client an International Professional Services Organisation currently seek a L&D Management Consultant (DACH & Benelux Regions), based in Frankfurt, 60-65k package. This is a growing and exciting business environment where L&D has a pivotal part to play in achieving the business strategy. As a senior member of the team you will make a significant contribution specifically to the development of the Management population across your region, as well has wider global L&D initiatives. Key deliverables will include: -Delivery of the Corporate Management Development programmes across DACH & Benelux -Develop strong business relationships with Regional Senior Management and Directors, understanding business needs -Ownership and responsibility for the design, development and delivery of region specific L&D products -Work with your wider DACH & Benelux L&D Delivery colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to supporting the region -Support Learning and Talent Management Team to shape and deliver strategy -Utilising a wide variety of tools to develop the Management population including classroom, virtual platforms, forums and coaching. The is the ideal role for a passionate and commercial Learning professional who wants to make a true impact to business objectives and take ownership of creating new an innovation solutions for a region. The ideal candidate will met the following criteria: -Solid experience delivering a wide range of programmes specifically Management Development -International learning experience working across multiple locations in Training Needs Analysis, Training Design, development and evaluation. -Experienced in a variety of training methods, formal, informal, online, virtual and classroom -Flexibility to travel -Fluent English - additional language (German or Dutch advantageous) -Professional/corporate sector background - Sales Sector experience advantageous For immediate consideration and more information please forward on a copy of your updated CV.
