L&D Consultant

Our client is a leading professional services organisation based in City of London, seeking to recruit a Learning and Development consultant on a 6 month FTC basis, with the intention of starting as soon as possible.

The role requires candidates with strong communications skills with experience coaching up to a senior level, with in-depth knowledge of the complete training cycle, CIPD accreditation is preferable. Experience working at senior stakeholders is a must have.

A successful candidate will have the ability to delivery strategic learning objectives through a global talent programme to support the business. The role will require an individual who can manage internal and external resources as well as training and supporting individuals and team.

The salary band is £35,000 - £45,000.
