Juniper Support Engineer

.ACTIVITIES DESCRIPTION AND PROFILES NEEDED FOR JUNIPER NETWORK SUPPORT

All the people assigned to the service requested, must have the following qualifications:

- Routing and Switching Certification JNCIE.
- Spanish Level C1 or demonstrate equivalent skills (mother tongue)
- Spanish Level B2 or demonstrate equivalent skills (proficiency test, mother tongue).

Scope is defined as the presence of an engineer certifications and qualifications described above, in situ facilities in Tres Cantos Nokia or any other facility in Madrid defined by Nokia, 220 working days per year and 8 working hours per day (morning shift, afternoon shift or partial time shift).

The description and allocation of activities is identical to that expressed in the previous section for CISCO except that interact with the corresponding centers of support Juniper.
Also required AVAILABILITY service with the same description as presented in the previous section, replacing CISCO support centers by corresponding Juniper.

Supply important instructions:

- The number of resources to provide for each profile is from 1 to 5. The service shall be quoted depending on the number of resources and monthly, attached file.

(You should indicate discount depending on the number of contracted resources and if hired both technologies (no resources are required with both certifications)
- The registration period could be annual, but this may not be binding so must contribute resources/month.
- You may offer to the two major technologies or one of them exclusively. Nokia reserves the right to hire independent support services described for each of the technologies applied to one or more suppliers.
- When contracting for a period of one year or more, prices will be valid for at least, that period of employment.
