Junior UI/UX Designer (Axure, HTML, Illustrator, Photoshop)

An exciting contract position has arisen with a large Financial Services client at their Brussels office. We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join an experienced team working on large, global projects with potentially millions of end-users. It is essential that you speak either French or Dutch fluently, as well as English.

The main responsibilities are outlined below;

- Setting up the information architecture of a site or app and work out the interaction design on different devices, with responsive patterns
- Translate high level needs into user-centred wireframes with annotations, screen flows, navigation models and information trees
- Participate in workshops and project meetings for ideation and requirements gathering
- Create, maintain and apply style guides and components catalogues - ensuring visual and UX consistency

Experience required:

- Knowledge of various design principles and techniques
- Familiar with accessibility and usability best practices
- Experienced with tools like Axure, HTML, Illustrator and Photoshop, or similar
- Fluent language skills in French or Dutch, as well as English
- Experience working in a large-scale financial services environment would be beneficial
