Junior UDA - (Application Remediation) - French Speaking

TITLE: JUNIOR UDA (APPLICATION REMEDIATION)

RATE: NEGOTIABLE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Junior Consultant for UDA is responsible for Application Remediation of User Developed Applications (UDA), that are MS Office based end user developments (mostly Excel, but also Access).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Communicate the UDA Remediation process to IT Lines (Application Development department) and Business department
- Build the Inventory of UDAs by interacting with the IT lines and the Business department
- Build a remediation plan and process (ex: how many UDAs are still to enter the process, how many are in progress ) with the IT lined and Business Line
- Track the remediation plan progress on a daily and weekly basis
- Escalate difficult to remediate UDAs to MS Office remediation experts to L2 & L3 supports 

EXPERIENCE  (ESSENTIAL)

- IT Master or Business Master with 1 to 3  years in IT
- Ability to follow-up plans with IT and Business users
- Ability to track the remediation process (work in progress, backlog )
- Ability to interact with Business Managers and Business users
