Junior Trade Analyst - Settlements/Payments/Derivatives - Global Oil Co.

World Leading Global Energy Trading Company has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Trade Analyst to join their Exchange Traded Derivatives team.

The Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Operations team consists of Manager, Team Leader, Senior Analyst and 5 junior analyst roles. Full training will be provided for the role.

Responsibilities:

- Exchange Traded Derivative reconciliation
- Exchange Traded Derivative settlements
- Brokerage reconciliation & settlements
- Maintenance of general ledger
- Margin payments

About You:

- Good IT skills especially Excel are essential
- GCSE or A level standard education.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills important.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
