Junior to Intermediary Project Manager - Banking Applications

This one is as good as it gets!

Candle are seeking an experienced Project Manager with solid online banking/financial web applications experience for a long term contract assignment based in the city.

While banking experience is strongly preferred, candidates who match the following specification closely with proven general financial systems may also be considered.

Working in a friendly and professional team, you will be responsible for helping to deliver a portfolio of online projects.

The organisation are seeking a flexible resource as there will be times when you will be deployed in more of a Project Coordination role. With this in mind, the role would ideally suit candidates who have transitioned from Project Coordination to a Project Management role in the last two to five years.

Exceptional communication and influencing skills are required as you will be liaising with diverse key stakeholders.

Prince 2 Certification would be beneficial although not essential but a thorough understanding of the Prince 2 or PMBOK methodology is required.

Project Managers with a good understanding the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are preferred.
