MY DUTIES:

- Responsibility for the product care of 6 different products including the 3rd level support and product updates
- Verifying Software and Hardware updates, work in a laboratory environment using diagnostic systems
- Reproduction of issues for deeper analysis
- Write and document all activities in English

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor or master’s degree as a mechanical engineer, software engineer or in a biomedical discipline
- Experience in the laboratory environment
- Very good English skills(written and spoken)
- Dynamic, flexible and solution-oriented person with ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time
- Previous experience in the GXP/IVD area is an asset
- Good German skills is of advantage
