NextLink is a Swiss IT consultancy company that has been providing both IT services and IT staffing to major customers for the past 20 years.
NextLink is currently looking for a Junior Technical Writer to work for a well-known pharma company based in Basel, Switzerland.
This project consist of several sub projects to build data analytic solutions and provide high quality service to enable the teams to identify risk, issues, findings, generate insights and create value.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing necessary documentation and presentation materials
Support project activities
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Probably also some project communication and change management support
MUST HAVE:
+2 years of experience in similar roles
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel & PPT
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
NICE TO HAVES:
Marketing & Communication background
Ideally understanding basic terms of pharmaceuticals, legal, finance and IT
Ideally project documentation experience in the pharmaceutical industry
