Junior Six Sigma Consultant

This is an exclusive opportunity to work for a global pharmaceutical company in Belgium, supporting the implementation of multiple projects in the Researchsupport the administrative requests for workshops/projects on Lean/Six Sigma Methodology/Continuous Improvement.

Working Week - 4 days/week, can be 5 days/week potentially next year.

The opportunity would suit an individual leaving university/currently at university/yellow belt/green belt/or someone who would want to be trained to gain a green belt.

The role is to support the ongoing Lean program, work closely together with the groups on site, provide support to the respective teams.

Within the R&D organisation you will be supporting the following departments:
Analytical Development
Organical Development
Pilot Plant/Biologics

Opportunity to learn from Lean Six Sigma Black Belts on the following areas:

5S
PDCA - Plan Do Check Adjust
Process Development - moved into manufacturing/production implementing LEAN continuous improvement/development.
How to plan, organise and Facilitate Workshops - LEAN/SIX SIGMA - Continuous Improvement
Green Belt training in order to gain certification - learning on the job
Excellent communication skills both in DUTCH and ENGLISH

Education:
Scientific Qualification - Chemistry based

Ideal Individual

- University Graduate or University attendee with 3-4 days a week available
- Keen learner
- Process Improvement/Process Development Interest
- A keen interest in the area of Lean Six Sigma
- Experience in the pharma/biotech industry already
- A Yellow belt or Green Belt already
