- Storage
- Data center
- Virtualization
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and planning and control
- Have overall knowledge of ITIL methodology
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Contract Management:
- Write and get agreement on OLA's and BA's
- Service Level Management
- Identify missed targets
- Request service improvement actions
- Service Level Reporting
- First escalation point of contact
