Consultant with two years experience will suffice.
The consultant's role will include the following:
Basis Ticket queue, which include multiple items, including but not limited to.
Printer correction, setting up new printers in SPAD, ST22 syntax management (looking for and routing to correct teams for failures), operational monitoring, maybe a system refresh or client copy
