A PROACTIVE, Sales Support Team Member is required to join a busy and dynamic Recruitment Sales Team.

The ideal candidate would be:

- Exceptional with spreadsheets and figures
- Come from a Recruitment background
- Have at least 2 years' experience creating and managing complex spreadsheets
- Have Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Willing to help others and regularly go above and beyond your own job role

Due to growth within this dynamic and fast paced business, a position has arisen for a proactive sales support team member.

You will have exceptional attention to detail and have prior experience supporting a busy sales recruitment team. You will be a key part of the business' every day functionality and will be willing to go above and beyond to help your colleagues carry out their daily tasks.

The ideal person will have:

- Experience of managing and supporting numerous clients and contractors simultaneously.
- At least 2 years' experience and a thorough understanding of the processes involved in raising invoices, chasing debtors, raising POs, etc.
- A full understanding of the risk factors and the consequences of a variety of tasks being completed incorrectly, for example, tasks relating to timesheets, invoices, financial data, etc., and be able to rectify any errors in a timely manner to minimise the impact to our external clients and contractors.
- An adaptable nature when it comes to changing environments
- Prior experience, at system administrator level, of recruitment database systems, such as, Bond, Red Rabbit, Talentlink, Salesforce, Bullhorn.


- Assisting in the preparation of management information using Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Talentlink
- Know and manage the ITR contractor base
- Major Accounts contractor management, invoicing and PO spreadsheet management, as well as, SOW creation and checking
- Become the main system administrator on Bullhorn, Red Rabbit and Talentlink. Tasks to include adding new code groups, adding and amending templates, updating PO's, assigning conditions, adding new clients & timesheet approvers and amending any incorrect information.
- To undertake other adhoc duties that may be considered appropriate at the request of the MD and Management Team.


- Proactive Sales Support administrator
- Become a subject matter expert for onboarding and extensions within ITR and manage this process with the consultants and contractors/clients.
- Respond to queries in a timely manner
- Support consultants in raising statements of work
- Chase timesheets on a weekly basis
- Work with the consultants to offer the best customer service to clients and contractors
- Liaise with security watchdog in terms of compliance and contractor checks
- Stay up to date with the latest laws and legislations affecting contractors


The hours required in this role are typically 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. On rare occasions flexibility to work additional hours will be required.


Advanced Excel experience is essential

Previous administrative/executive/business/sales support experience would be an advantage

Competent user in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Exceptional written, reasoning and oral skills

Confident dealing with people at all levels of seniority, both internal and external

Zealous and passionate attention to detail

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Graduate level education or equivalent

Commercial acumen - advantageous

Previous experience of working in a large corporate organisation preferably supporting a busy sales team

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Determined, highly proactive and self motivated with friendly, easy going disposition and the ability to work fast and accurately under pressure. Will be discreet, trustworthy and will maintain confidentiality at all times.

Self confidence, demonstrating a positive attitude at all times with a can-do attitude.

Capable of prioritising workloads/time management.
