The Role
' Managing a range of reports to analyse the detail and trends of a key strategic initiative around a specific broker segment.
In addition to the primary initiative, the candidate will be expected to provide general support to the team including;
' Tracker distribution
' Business Quality reporting and Compliance support
' Sales Analysis & Investigation
' Network reporting
' Unallocated reporting
' Distribution of fee data and other key reports
' Provide a point of contact between UK and South Africa with regards to Data, Agency & Commissions and Sales
The Candidate
' Good data analysis skills (previous experience of excel)
' Excellent relationship building and communication skills ' both written and verbal
' Good teamwork
' Experience of taking ownership of projects or key tasks
' Inquisitive approach to reporting ' always seek to improve
' Good time management and ability to prioritise workload effectively
' Professional manner and desire to learn
' Adherence to the PruProtect values, and all compliance policies
