Junior Reporting Specialist

REPORTING SPECIALIST required to assist in the production of project reports, to maintain the document archives and to assist teams involved with the program in the delivery of their updates to the change team. This is a key role in strategic, group-wide initiative and provides an ideal opportunity to see how a large change program is run from the inside.

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Consolidating input from program leads on a weekly basis
- Delivering project status reports to the core CDC program
- Maintaining the document archive and ensuring the auditability of results
- Assisting in the production of management reports
- Ensuring the project tracking system is maintained and accurate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Excellent MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project
- Understanding of HTML and the creation and maintenance web pages
- An ability to take complex concepts and present them in a form understandable by non-experts
- Fluent English
- Comfortable working with senior managers
- Knowledge of financial and cost accounting would be a plus
- Knowledge of the Investment banking business is also a plus
