Junior Relationship Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Support the onboarding of clients
- Coordinate clients requests with the Support Team and/or the Technical Services Manager
- Support in several administrative, operational, compliance and/or Risk tasks
- Reactivation of an assigned portfolio of inactive clients
- Contact leads and prospect to initiate the first contacts with customers
- Participate to events, webinars and other networking or sales initiatives
- Follow up the participants pre and post events
- Support the RMs in Sales initiatives and marketing tasks
- Help the RMs to handle clients requests, conversions, urgent transfers out just to mention few

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Able to adapt in a fast changing environment, willing to constantly keep your knowledge up-to-date and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn public speaking and presentation handling
- Fluent German and English skills
- French, Italian or Russian is an advantageous
- Top performer and able to learn how acquire and grow a solid client portfolio
- Disciplined, analytical and a self organizer
- Team player with a client focused attitude
- A can do attitude and can work under pressure
- Comfortable in working long hours when required
- University studies in Finance or equivalent
- Interest in the financial markets and trading solutions
