IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Post, renew and review open positions postings on websites
-Meet with hiring managers to understand the job duties and needed profile for new recruitments (internal & external candidates)
-Consult hiring managers through the selection process, challenging them on their selection decision
-Management of the customer in tandem, acting as a project manager and business operator in an end to end recruiting process
-Implement an effective stakeholder management to understand the business needs within the Customer
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-First work experience in Human Resources
-Languages: Fluent German skills and excellent English skills
