Junior Reconciliation Analyst (English Required)

The Reconciliation Team is in need for a junior Portfolio Reconciliation Analyst to start ASAP. Fluency in English is required.

The Reconciliation Team compares the transactions records with its counterparties. Reconciliations are done on a pro-active basis. The team interacts closely with traders, Marketers, Legal, Credit and Operations. The collateralised portfolios consist of practically all products traded within our clients Capital Markets, including OTC Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives, Swaps, FX, Credit Derivatives, FRA's, CAPs, Swaptions and Exotics.

Function Description:
Internal Set-Up and understanding counterparty's process.
Maintenance of 98% Matching Ratio
Portfolio Valuation Analysis.
Trade Population Analysis.
Break management.
Escalation & Effective Communication (Management-Internal/External Clients).
Understanding of internal system issues.
Close interactions with margin calls team to explain dispute.
Interactions with Margin calls Team/Counterparties and TriOptima when delays occur.
Follow-up of Data Integrity Issues.
Close communication with counterparties including formal conf call.

Experience: Experience gained in Collateral Management or middle or Back Office should be a plus but it is not mandatory.

Preferable:
General product knowledge on derivative products.
Problem Solving: work experience gained in a role requiring significant problem solving skills.
