Junior Quality Manager - Pharma

Our client a large multinational pharma company has an immediate 6 months contract for an Junior Quality Manager, Daily rate negotiable.

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

Experience with Document Management System (preferably Documentum based)/Learning Management systems preferred. 2-5 years in an IT Quality-related (QA or QM) role in a regulated industry preferred. Experience with ITIL or CSV based processes desired. Bachelor degree or higher in IT or equivalent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: THERE ARE TWO FACETS.

THE QUALITY MANAGER systematically ensures that all the activities necessary to design, develop, deploy, operate and retire IT services satisfy IGM requirements.

- Drives continuous improvement of the Quality System to meet and sustain compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Facilitates the creation and maintenance of relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet IGM requirements.
- Supports the development and delivery of training in quality matters.
- Prepares, reviews and approves major Quality System documentation to ensure consistency with IGM requirements and quality of deliverables.

INFORMATION LIFECYCLE MANAGER, The Information Lifecycle Manager assumes responsibility for the optimal design, delivery and deployment of processes, practices and other activities to ensure security of information throughout its life cycle

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- IT IS PREFERABLE THAT YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF ONE OR MORE INFORMATION GOVERNANCE & MANAGEMENT DISCIPLINES
- KNOWLEDGE OF WEB SERVICES/WEB BASED EXPERIENCE
- Has relevant degree (eg Computer Science, IT Technology or related IT field) and at least 5 years' experience
- 4+ years of working experience in IT (preferably in project management/service delivery positions)
- ITIL experience and qualification a benefit but not essential
- EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT A MUST
