Junior Project Manager

Are you a junior to middle level project manager looking for a great opportunity to really make your mark in a large European institution located in the heart of Paris , France. If that is you, then we have a perfect position for you!

This is an English speaking role; therefore knowledge of other languages is not essential, although basic French could be an advantage. Duration: 3 months +

Role summary:
- You will be required to develop and implement inventory control procedures, policies, and work instructions.
- You will work closely with the IT team's Coordinator and the Facilities Management Officer, helping them to:
- Perform an assessment of the current situation and propose an action plan with a roadmap (As Is/To Be/Gap Analysis/Roadmap).
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures, policies and work instructions.
- Working with different stakeholders, implement control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies and customer issues are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
- Implement best practices, KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.
- Produce, maintain and communicate process documentation for internal and external use for deliveries and stock management.
- Train permanent staff.
- Participate to the implementation of new tools (inventory management solution), if needed.
- Conduct regular inventory analysis to solve inventory problems

Education and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory and assets management
- Experience in implementation of best practices, KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance
- Experience in drafting policies and work instructions

Essential Skills/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of inventory and assets cycles and stock management tools
- Good analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and the ability to work in a team are very important.
- English B2 level or above
- Knowledge of other IT and financial tools
