Junior Project Coordinator SAP

For our pharma client in Basel we are currently looking for a

JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR SAP 80-100%

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules
- Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members

MUST HAVES:

- 2-5 years of experience as a project coordinator (experience in SAP projects highly preferred)
- A background in Informatics or a related field with min. 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Fluent in English and German (both mandatory)

NICE TO HAVES:

+++ Bachelor's degree in Informatics
+++ Experience in coordinating SAP projects

START DATE: 08.10.2018 (LATEST 15.10)
DURATION: 31.01.2019 WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION
LOCATION: BASEL AREA
WORKLOAD: 80% - 100%
