- Responsible for updating and maintaining various project costs via financial reporting system
- Responsible for follow up with internal stakeholders on the projects costs
- Responsible for raising tickets to the Helpdesk when needed
- Excellent organisation and communication skills both in French and English
- Previous experience as Project Assistant is highly desirable
- Good Microsoft Office skills: strong Excel is a must
