JUNIOR PROBLEM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT CONSULTANT, ITIL V3, NOC, ICT, DUTCH

eCRM Euro are looking for a Junior Problem Management Support, for one of our clients in Amsterdam.Degree in computer science or comparable education/experience required
Experience in providing timely and expert advice on emerging trends and issues affecting service delivery and support
Develop strategies to manage resultant problems
Should have good knowledge of ITIL V3 processes
Should gain 3+ years of experience in problem management
Required overall eyeball on Telecom Business Support Applications processes
Around 5 years of experience NOC operations and preferably ICT experience
Experience in negotiating agreements with corporate suppliers in close co-operation with the sourcing function
