Junior PMO - Entitlements - Glasgow - Banking

My Client, a leading Tier 1 Investment bank are looking to expand there Projects team and recruit someone to join there Access Management team in Glasgow.

The department this specialises in is with in Technology and Information Risk. The position is within the Entitlements Project Team. The team is responsible for delivering a number of key entitlements projects that will offer Business Units enhanced solutions for the management of entitlements to applications and data. The Successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day Project Management as well as supporting Business Analysts with data analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintaining Project Plans in Microsoft Project
- Managing project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Facilitating regular project meetings and creating Project Status Reports
- Creating and maintaining project artifacts in accordance with Project Life Cycle procedures while ensuring data quality and appropriate approvals
- Partnering with stakeholders to define deliverables, milestones, scope and schedule

SKILLS REQUIRED (ESSENTIAL):

- Strong Organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Analytical Skills with a keen attention to detail
- Experience working under deadline pressures - Sound Judgment, able to identify and escalate issues
- Good Microsoft Project skills
- Intermediate Excel skills

The ideal candidate will be a bright assured self starter with equally good technical and interpersonal skills. We are looking for somebody who is willing to learn (both business and technical), with the ability to take on additional responsibilities.
