Junior on-Boarding Officer (Temporary for 12 Months)

For an international financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

JUNIOR ON-BOARDING OFFICER (TEMPORARY FOR 12 MONTHS) - 5820

JOB DESCRIPTION

- KYC control, research and assessment of low, medium, high risk clients
- Liaison and coordination with AML special desk
- Pre-approval of payments
- Sanction filtering
- Support front employees in Compliance related topics
- Supervise the opening of clients' accounts in various banking tools
- Data quality assurance in various core and satellite systems

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years' experience in On-boarding Department in Banking sector

- Knowledge on current CDB16 and FINMA regulatory requirements (FATCA, CRS, etc.)
- Very good technical skills in MS Excel and Access
- AML Swiss regulatory framework applicable for Private Banking Compliance
- FLUENT in ENGLISH AND PORTUGUESE (MUST), Good knowledge in Spanish, German is a plus
