Although a Junior to intermediate level role you MUST have a genuine passion for Cisco Networking technologies combined with excellent customer service, strong written & verbal communication skills and be a minimum Cisco CCNA certified.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- CCNA or CCNP
- 1-2 years experience in Network Support across medium/large networks with Cisco products
- Strong Cisco VPN Provisioning skills and Commercial experience of same
- Experience with: VPN, IPSec, Lan2Lan, SSL and RSA Security tokens
- Practical experience in routing protocols (EIGRP, RIP, OSPF, BGP)
- Practical experience in switching protocols
- Strong problem solving capability
- strong documentation
This role based in Sydney's Western Suburbs is available or an immediate start.
